Delivery

Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with tracking so you can follow it all the way to you.

Returns

Because your item is made especially for you, it is not eligible for return or exchange under EU law.

Please double-check your size and order details before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@noctilucae.nl with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
