Yes. Every piece is made by hand after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or mass produced.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your piece(s) to be made.
Each piece is made to order (no rushing perfection), so we take our time to create something just right for you. Some orders may be ready a little sooner, some may take the full window—it all depends on the piece and how busy we are.
Since everything is made to order, we start working on your piece pretty quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
After that time production may have started, and we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

Each piece is made to order, so there might be slight variations in color, pattern, texture, or tiny details.
We do our best to stay as true as possible to what you see, but the magic is in the uniqueness—no two pieces are exactly the same, and yours is made just for you.

Shipping & tracking
We currently only ship to The Netherlands.
Since every product is made to order it can take 2-4 weeks to produce your order. Some orders may be ready a little sooner, some may take the full window—it all depends on the piece and how busy we are.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Need to tweak your shipping address? Reach out as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make the change. Once it’s on its way, it’s already off on its adventure.
Returns & refunds
Because everything is made to order, returns are limited. Please check the product details carefully before purchasing.
We’re so sorry—please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds are only offered in specific cases (such as damaged or incorrect items). Each situation is handled personally.
