Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.
4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud
- Product availability issues
If this happens, you will be refunded.
5. Production Time
All items are made to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipment.
Delays may occur during busy periods — we appreciate your patience.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Your item is made specifically for you
- Your right of withdrawal does not apply once production begins
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
