Everything you order from Noctilucae is made to order, by hand, just for you.
That means we don’t keep stock — we create your piece after you place your order.
Because of this, your order falls under the EU exception for custom-made goods.
Right of Withdrawal (EU law)
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have 14 days to return items.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Your item is made specifically for you
- You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once production begins
Production Time
Each piece is handmade with care.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for your item to be created before shipping.
(Trust us, she’s worth the wait.)
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size chosen
- Change of mind
- Custom/personalized details
Please double-check sizing and order details before purchasing. If you’re unsure, message us — we’re happy to help.
If Something’s Not Right
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Or not what you ordered
Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@noctilucae.nl with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right — this may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, production may have started and cancellation might not be possible.
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be sent back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
